FAQ  Job offers

​

How do I register to receive job offers?

​

  • Simply enter your general data in our contact form.

  • Please tick the option "I am an applicant". You can then let us know whether you are interested in certain jobs .

  • Indicate in which department and position you would like to work

  • Accept the data protection agreements in general and the FAQ and privacy policy for sending documents,

  • We will then send you a message asking you to send us your current CV by e-mail. 

  • There are no costs or obligations for you.

 

How does the recruitment process work?

After your registration, we will immediately get to work to present you with suitable job offers. You will not be bombarded with a flood of offers from us, but we will attempt to send you really suitable offers. You will receive the offers by email in "Newsletter" format.

 

I like a job offer. What happens next?

​

If you are interested in an offer, simply follow the instructions in our messages and we will arrange an interview between the two parties, subject to availability and if there is still mutual interest.

 

What happens after the interview?

​

You will then receive a message from us asking how the interview went.

You are also welcome to contact us directly if you have reached a positive agreement.

In this case, the employer will take care of the formalities such as the employment contract etc. with you and you can start your new challenge.

If you do not wish to receive any further offers for the time being, you can unsubscribe or pause our " job offer" newsletter at any time.

In the event that you are looking for a job again, simply send us an email with the message:

"I would like to receive offers again."

If you have a change in your CV by then, we would be pleased if you send us the current version directly.

 

And here are our conditions:

  • There are no costs for applicants. Our service is free of charge for you!

  • The only condition is: In the event of a breach of the agreement, e.g. through a "secret" agreement between the jobseeker and the candidate, we will immediately demand the full invoice amount from the employer and remove both parties from our databases until further notice.

​Your extra bonus:

​

  • For the first contract you have with an employer we have placed for more than 2 months, we will give you a bonus of €50 as a thank-you gift.

  • The conditions are that the employment relationship is agreed for more than 2 months and the employer has already paid us the commission for our work.

  • And for your 3rd contract with us that fulfils the above condition, we will give you a further €100!

Basic Information data protection

  • Origin: Your CV has been provided either directly by you or by the recruitment agency or website through which you have registered to participate in our selection procedures

If you have any questions or need clarification about our privacy policy or your rights, you can contact us via the channels below. You declare that the data you provide us with now or in the future is accurate and truthful, and you undertake to inform us of any changes to this data. Processing of your data: Your data will be processed for the management and control of our recruitment processes.

Retention of your data: The submitted CV is valid for at least (1) year. Thereafter, we will contact you so that you must submit a new, updated CV if you wish to continue participating in future competitions. However, we will keep your data for the periods provided for in the applicable legislation and for the period necessary to fulfil any obligations arising from the processing.

Disclosure of your data: We will not pass on your data unless this is required by law or you have given your prior consent, such as by acknowledging this privacy policy.

Legal basis for processing: The legal basis for processing your data is your own willingness to participate in our recruitment processes and our legitimate interest in managing them.

Your rights: You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data and, if so, to obtain access to this data. You may also request that your data be rectified if it is inaccurate or that incomplete data be completed, as well as request its erasure if, among other things, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of PRIVACY POLICY. In certain circumstances, you may request that we restrict the processing of your data. In this case, we will only process the data in question for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims or to protect the rights of other persons.

Under certain conditions and for reasons relating to your particular situation, you may also object to the processing of your data. In this case, we will stop processing the data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests or rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. You may withdraw consent given for specific purposes without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Please note that the European Data Protection Regulation also recognises the right to data portability. To exercise your rights, you must send us a request together with a copy of your ID card or other valid document that identifies you, by post or email to the addresses indicated in the "Data Protection" section.
