Our conditions

The conditions of our personnel placement service:

• There are no costs associated with registering your data

• Notification of your application for employment is free of charge as well

In the event that you reach an agreement with one of the candidates presented by us, we will charge the following amounts broken down by category:

​

• Waiter/bartender                      €279.00 plus IVA

• Chef                                              €305.00 plus IVA

• Head of department or higher is on request

By confirming these conditions, the following simple agreement applies:

​

• The above amount, depending on the category, is due immediately on the candidate's first day of physical work.

• In the event of a breach of agreement e.g. by e.g. Due to a “secret” agreement between employer and candidate, we will immediately demand the full invoice amount and remove both parties from our databases until further notice.

• If a candidate does not meet your expectations within 4 weeks of starting work or if they cancel within this period, we will continue to send you further suitable offers. This regulation applies to 1 new search per failed candidate for a maximum period of 2 months.

• This regulation does not apply to work agreements with a time limit of less than 2 months
